Please read the following rules and terms of the 247bux.com service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow.

1. FORUMS
1.1. You have access to reading the forums, except for private areas.

1.2. Your username in our forum must match with your username in 247bux site.

1.3. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum under the rule of that Forum.

1.4. You must respect other users in the Forum under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.

1.5. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

1.6. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests or advertisement are prohibited in Forum posts and topics, except for referrals areas.

1.7. Any accusation without proof against 247bux and / or 247Bux's staff will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account.


2. USER ACCOUNT
2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.

2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.

2.3. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login (dynamic IP). Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.

2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.

2.5. Accounts are not transferable.

2.6. 247Bux will not modify user account information based on user request.

2.7. You must have validate PayPal/Alertpay email address and any your email purchase must match with your informations.

2.8. Your account must active, within 1 month if you didn't have any click ads, standard; your account will terminated and cannot recover, premium; your account will change to vacation mode. On vacation mode you cannot earn anything from your referrals.

2.9. Your account cannot delete from our database, if you have suspended or terminated your account still be there and you cannot register by same that informations.

2.10. Your cannot change your country, it's depend on your connection IP.

2.11. 247bux have right to termination your account for any reason without notice or email send to members.


3. REFERRALS
3.1. You may refer as many people as you want. You can refer your household to use 247bux program but must differently IP and informations.

3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses and IP.

3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.

3.4. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you.

3.5. Only bought referrals and rented referrals can use Recycel Referrals System with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented/bought referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.

3.6. Recycel referrals have possible. If, referrals doesn't click any ads after be under your account. (RC=0)

3.7. You can have 50 direct referrals (for standard members), 100 direct referrals (for premium members) without charge. You can extend by buy our item (Only premium member can buy item). For old member had exceed referrals limit you can keep that referrals but cannot extend.

3.8. You can only buy/rent referrals when they are available.

3.9. You can earn 0.005$ from your referrals (standard member), 0.01$ (premium member)

3.10. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.

3.11. You must understand we cannot force anyone to click ads, we have recycel referrals system for inactive referrals and you must do it by yourself, if you have complain or ask us for change that in our forum/ticket/email/pm, your account will be termination without any notice from us.


4. PROFITS
4.1. We have guaruntee you will receive 500% profit (premium member) until you have end of our program.

4.2. Standard member can receive only 30$ until you upgrade to premium member. After you have 30$ and still not change to premium, you can earn only your clicks.

4.3. Premium member can invest in our site 6 times. Once for purchase premium member and have 5 time for buy referrals package.

4.4. Upgrade Premium/Bought Referrals/Rented Referrals can add in your investment. Any item and advertisement cannot add.

4.5. all your investment will lift your profit limit. After that you can change to Platinum member.


5. PURCHASE
5.1. ADVERTISEMENTS; We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code or redirect to another page.

5.2. UPGRADE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP; You can upgrade for premium membership anytime you want, it's just 24.70$ until we have new conditions.

5.3. REFERRALS PACKAGE; Bought/Rented referrals can made when they are available. All of referrals by purchase can use recycel referrals system.

5.4. All of purchase you will receive instantly, except have a problem by script error you will receive within 3 days.

5.5. Email purchase must match with your information, we will not take any responsibility if you don't.

5.6. For any problem about unproceed order, you can post in our forum and we will do the best.

5.7. For old purchase problem (from old member) you can post in our forum or open the ticket to ask about that. We will do it as soon as possible.


6. REFUND POLICY
6.1. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing Ads/Referrals/Items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
6.2. Your account will be termination since you make a claim or PayPal/AlertPay have investigation until end.


7. PAYMENTS TO PREMIUM MEMBERS
7.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal(soon). No other method of payment is available at this time.

7.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 7 days after being requested if the payment processor services are down.

7.3. The minimum amount paid is $1,00 (One US dollars). This amount will change if we have new condition.

7.4. You can only request one payment at a time.

7.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.

7.6. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay or PayPal email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address.

7.7. First time for request payout you can get paid only 1$ for make sure that you have any problem with our instant script. Then you can request not over 5$ per time.

7.8. You must have at least 100 clicks for request first payout after that you must have at least 100 clicks, 75 clicks and every 50 clicks.

7.9. You must fill URL for your last payment proof in our forum before you have request payout.

9. PAYMENTS TO 247BUX
9.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.

9.2. All payments are non-refundable.

9.3. Payments made to 247Bux using AlertPay/PayPal are confirmed by your AlertPay/PayPal email.

9.4. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.

9.5. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.


10. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
10.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

10.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take it's own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

10.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at 247Bux.


11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
11.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

11.2. All suspended accounts will have their balance reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

11.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

11.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be permanently suspended (Standard member) and change to vacation mode (Premium member).

11.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.


12. LIABILITY
12.1. 247Bux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to 247Bux and therefore beyond our control.

12.2. 247Bux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

12.3. 247bux will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
